At the NAF Convention 2025 on 2-3 March a joint commissioned report was presented by Kreab Worldwide/Brussels.
The aim of the report is to present an overview of EU regulation and upcoming development that influences the accounting industry. Consequently, the report combines intelligence on initiatives with links to documents and major announcements at EU level (European Commission, Council, European Parliament), and also comments on next steps to help to monitor the evolution of activities.
The report includes an impact chart in a form of a ‘’traffic light’’ system, enabling to better assess the magnitude of all EU policy initiatives.
The topics covered in the report include:

2. Accounting
3. Sustainability
4. Anti-money laundering
